Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Nour Naturels website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Exact Solutions Sp. z o.o. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time; however, the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, if fraud is suspected, or if stock is unavailable. You will be notified and fully refunded in these circumstances.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. All transactions are encrypted using SSL.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

All content on this Platform — including text, images, logos, formulations, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Exact Solutions Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You may not use the Platform to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit harmful or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or copy product data for competitive purposes; resell products purchased through consumer pricing on wholesale channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exact Solutions Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland. EU consumers retain the right to pursue claims in their country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
