Eligibility for a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if: the item is returned within 30 days of delivery; the product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and seals intact; you have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number). Products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the original packaging is intact. You must report defective items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@exactsolutions.pl with your order number and photographs of the issue.
How to request a refund
Step 1: Email info@exactsolutions.pl with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping label. Step 3: Pack the items securely and attach the return label. Step 4: Drop off at your nearest carrier location. Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 business days. The refund will be the full product value; original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
B2B / wholesale orders
For wholesale orders placed through the B2B platform, refunds are subject to the terms in your Seller Agreement. Wholesale orders over 50 units require prior written authorisation before any returns are accepted. Partial refunds on wholesale orders are available at our discretion. Please contact your account manager directly.
Non-refundable items
The following cannot be refunded: opened or used cosmetic products (unless defective); items purchased on final-sale or clearance; customised or personalised orders; digital downloads.
Consumer rights (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This right does not apply to goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return on hygiene grounds. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the statutory minimum.
