Exchange rates are sourced from Stripe and updated daily. Your bank may apply additional foreign transaction fees β we have no control over these.
Payment security
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, see, or handle your full card details. Card numbers are tokenised by Stripe before they ever reach our servers. All transaction data is transmitted over 256-bit TLS encryption.
Payment authorisation
When you place an order, your payment method is authorised immediately. Funds are only captured once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch. In the case of pre-orders or out-of-stock items, you will not be charged until fulfilment.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, card expired, or your bank declining the transaction. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method. We do not retry failed payments automatically.
Payment disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@exactsolutions.pl before initiating a chargeback. We can resolve most issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks incur fees from our payment processor which we may pass on if a chargeback is filed without prior contact and the dispute is found in our favour.
VAT and tax
Prices shown on the website include applicable VAT for EU customers. Our VAT number is PL1234567890. B2B customers with a valid EU VAT number may request zero-rated invoices β contact your account manager. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Invoicing
A VAT invoice is generated automatically for every order and sent to your registered email address. B2B customers can download all invoices from their account dashboard. If you need a corrected invoice, email billing@exactsolutions.pl with your order number.
