Policy Details

1 Return eligibility
You may open a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Products that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or are missing components are not eligible for a full refund. Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
2 How to start a return
To initiate a return: (1) Log in to your account and go to My Orders. (2) Find the relevant order and click "Request Return". (3) Select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason. (4) Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return shipping label if the request is approved. Do not ship goods back without a confirmed return authorisation β€” unauthorised returns may be refused.
3 Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a defect, wrong item sent, or our error, we cover the full cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service and retaining proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.
4 Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account). Processing times for the refund to appear on your statement depend on your bank β€” typically 3–10 business days after we initiate the transfer.
5 Defective or damaged goods
If you receive items that are damaged in transit or defective, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@exactsolutions.pl. Include your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible β€” you will not be charged return shipping for defective items.
6 Warranty coverage
All products sold on Exact Solutions carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on the product page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the defect.
