Getting Started
What is Exact Solutions?
Exact Solutions is a B2B marketplace that connects verified manufacturers and wholesale suppliers with business buyers across Europe and beyond. We focus on bulk sourcing, transparent pricing, and secure payments.
Do I need an account to browse products?
No. You can browse and view all products without an account. An account is only required when you proceed to checkout.
How do I create a buyer account?
Click "Get started" in the top navigation and fill in your name, email and password. You can also sign in with Google. Your account is created instantly.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and supplier. Each product listing displays the MOQ clearly on the product page.
Can I order as a guest without registering?
Yes. You can complete checkout as a guest using your email address. We will automatically create an account for you and send a link to set your password so you can track your order later.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as local payment methods depending on your country β BLIK and Przelewy24 for Poland, iDEAL for the Netherlands, SEPA Direct Debit for the Eurozone, and more. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
In which currencies can I pay?
You can pay in USD, EUR, or PLN. Select your preferred currency from the switcher in the top navigation bar before checking out.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your data is encrypted end-to-end.
Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice?
Bank transfer and invoice payment for large orders can be arranged by contacting our support team directly at info@exactsolutions.pl.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice is automatically generated for every completed order and sent to your registered email address. You can also download it from your order history in your account dashboard.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your order will not be placed. You will see an error message on the checkout page. Please try a different card or payment method, or contact your bank.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Log in" then "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a secure reset link valid for 60 minutes.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes. Go to My Account β Security and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
How do I update my delivery address?
Go to My Account β Account Settings. Update your country, first name, last name, street address, city and postcode. These details will pre-fill automatically the next time you check out.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact our support team at info@exactsolutions.pl and we will permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
How do I add or change my VAT number?
Go to My Account β Account Settings and enter your Tax ID / VAT number in the dedicated field. This will appear on all future invoices.
Suppliers & Products
How are suppliers verified?
Every supplier on Exact Solutions goes through a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before listing products. We verify business registration, contact details and product authenticity.
Can I contact a supplier directly?
You can send an enquiry through the product page. Alternatively, contact our support team and we will put you in touch with the right supplier representative.
Are product descriptions accurate?
Suppliers are responsible for their product descriptions and images. If you find a discrepancy between the listing and the goods received, please open a dispute within 14 days of delivery.
How do I request a product sample?
Sample requests can be placed by contacting the supplier through the product enquiry form or by emailing our support team. Sample costs and lead times vary by supplier.
What if a product is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products display a "Out of Stock" badge and cannot be added to the cart. You can contact the supplier directly or check back later.
